"What do you get when you put a Muslim, a Jew, and an immigration attorney in charge of raising the political consciousness of their community?"
Three flawed but courageous Latinas and their White sister extend their efforts to build community. They share with us their triumphs and struggles with race, sex, politics, and religion as they seek voice and light.

Jeff Nelson has had the performing bug ever since he jumped onto the stage at a church Christmas party at the tender age of three and gave an impromptu singing performance of Jolly Old St. Nicholas. Growing up in the small logging town of Shelton, WA, he sang in his church choir, took a decade of piano lessons and appeared in a school play here and there. Within the last few years he's decided to get more serious about both singing and acting, and in 2005 he competed in the World Championships of Performing Arts, bringing home ten medals in various singing and acting events. He currently resides in Seattle, where he is a member of the local theatrical group Writers and Actors Reading and Performing (WARP) as well as the Seattle Men's chorus.
